Evan is a world-class, globally experienced Customer Analytics and Consumer Insights executive leading the strategic application of information to make value-adding impacts on the business, Marketing, brands, and customer relationships.

 

He has over 20 years of experience as both client and supplier in international and domestic businesses, covering the FMCG, consumer electronics, luxury goods, media, and telecommunications industries.

 

Evan has mined large behavioral databases for nuggets, insights, and targeted direct marketing programs.  He has applied advanced methods and analytical tools including: Customer Lifetime Value, Pareto/NBD, A/B testing, regression, factor, discriminant, segmentation/cluster, canonical correlation, multidimensional scaling, conjoint, hierarchical Bayes, metaphor elicitation, and social media analytics.

 

He has also led primary survey and qualitative research projects at global scale.

 

Evan has international global experience spanning the Americas, Asia, and Europe, including mature and emerging markets; he has held expatriate assignments in China and Mexico.  Evan is multi-lingual and experienced in cross-cultural work environments.

 

Evan holds a BA Applied Mathematics from Brown University, an MBA Marketing from The Wharton School, and an MA International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Fellow of the Lauder Institute.
